Carrion Crow Animated | 3D Blender Models
This carrion crow model has 4K UDIM maps of the body, 6K maps of the feathers, fur, rigging with a preset of folding wings, and 7 animations. The model is made with Blender and Cycles renderer at real-world scale.
The model consists of Body, eyelids, pupils, corneas, tongue, feathers.

There is a Blender project and an OBJ file without rigging or animation.
With fine controllers, postures and animations are easier to create, and the features are as follows:
CTR_root controls the entire model, which is not scalable. And it has customized attributes: Feather_Form_Switchover fixes the shape of folded feathers; WingFeather_Switchover controls whether the small feathers on the wings are displayed/rendered when the wings are folded.
CTR_gravity_a has multiple cuscomized attributes: Abdomen_Alter controls the breathing of the belly; Neck_Alter fixes the deformation of the neck caused by head raising.
CTR_neck_a has multiple customized attributes: "Head follow rotation" controls whether the head rotates following the parent controller, and "Neck follow rotation" controls whether the neck rotates following the parent controller.
CTR_foot.L and CTR_foot.R are IK controllers of the legs, and its customized attribute IK-FK controls the non-seamless IK/FK switch of the legs; "Limit leg stretching" controls whether the legs can be stretched in IK mode.
CTR_ankle.L and CTR_ankle.R control the heels raising in IK mode, and whether the hind toes rotate by customized attribute Toe_Follow_Rotation.L/R.
CTR_wing.L and CTR_wing.R control the folding of the wings by Location.
CTR_wing_b.L.001, CTR_wing_b.L and CTR_wing_b.R control the folding and unfolding of the feathers on the tail.
Each feather has skinned bones, an FK controller, a bending controller. Besides, there are some controllers which are to bend, rotate, fold multiple feathers overall.

Please take notice that this model is made with Blender, and only fully supports Blender. If your workflow includes other 3D softwares such as Maya, 3DsMax, C4D and so on, the model with its fur, rigging and animations may not be able to be fully transferred to those softwares. You can still try exporting the animations using any other methods, including baking and more, at your own risk. We don't provide any technical support on exporting to other softwares than Blender.
